Great variety of breakfast options

Just a nice choice for a speedy visit in London with value for money. Plenty of tea and cookies in the room was a nice touch.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with a new bathroom. Staff were efficient in meeting my work needs and provided excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Turnham Green tube, making it easy to access central London for business meetings.

Minor noise issues from adjacent rooms disrupted my stay.

We stayed for 3 nights n got upgraded to a studio room, which was super nice. the spacious room had a kitchenette n was really quiet, perfect for chillin. even though we skipped breakfast, the restaurant looked cozy with lots of windows. staff were friendly n helpful. seriously good value for what we paid.

The location was unbeatable, just a few minutes from the tube for easy access. The room was harmoniously designed—such a cozy atmosphere!

Spacious room with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette was handy with a microwave and electric kettle. The bathroom was modern with free toiletries and a nice shower. Very close to tube stations and plenty of cafes. Friendly staff helped with directions. Wi-Fi worked well. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel.

I truly appreciated the inviting ambiance and clean decor throughout the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, making the hotel easily accessible for seniors, and I loved how close it was to shops and restaurants in Chiswick.

A refrigerator would have been nice in the room.

Family friendly with great amenities

Nicely appointed room with excellent bathroom and large fluffy towels on a warm radiator. The reception staff were slick, polite, and friendly, really made us feel welcome during our stay.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for the comfort we got, it was acceptable.

Had an awesome time with friends visiting the Tower Bridge and the West End. The hotel was well-located with easy access to transport. Our room offered plenty of space, and the staff were super helpful. It’s perfect for a fun getaway!

the welcoming staff and the quaint surroundings made my weekend stay a delight, with beautiful chiswick house and gardens just a short walk away and various charming coffee shops right around the corner for leisurely strolls after sightseeing.

I spent two nights here as I was on a family trip. The air conditioning was important as my room in the basement felt cooler than the rest of the hotel. Everything was clean and I had a comfortable stay. The staff helped with directions and were friendly. The breakfast provided had good options, and the location was a short walk to the tube, which made it simple to get around.

The bathroom was on the small side and there was no natural light in the basement room.

Great hotel for a solo traveler

Was surprised to find this hotel clean and quite modern. Had a nice garden room, it was spotless but the Wi-Fi was weak in there and hot water was occasionally a problem but overall not bad.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable.
